To generate the site

Three types of generation are possible

html Pages

These pages are generated entirely in HTML language. They do not require the use of a Web server, and can be visualized directly with a Web navigator (Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox for example).

shtml Pages

These pages require the use of a Web server due to inclusions of texts made dynamically by the server. The texts included are:
  • A file mdebut.htm which will be the partly left menu of all your pages to reach them directly.
  • A file mfin.shtml which will appear in bottom of each page and will use by the reader of your site to send an email to you.

php pages

These pages require the use of a Web server because of inclusions of texts are made dynamically by the server. The texts included are:
  • A file header.phpwhich will be the partly left menu of all your pages to reach them directly
  • A file footer.phpwhich will use by the reader of your site to send an email to you.
[Site PHP] Moreover this last type allows arranging the pages produced by IsiWeb in particular sub-directories.
It is possible to secure the site by using of an user name (20 characters long max) and a password (8 characters long max) ask at the connection to the site.
If the user name is empty the site is not secured.
